Our policy lasts 10 business days. If 10 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) and in the same condition that you received it.

All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a Fly Gal E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase on Luckily for you E-Gift Cards never expire and can be used anytime at your convenience.

Defective items must be reported within 2 business days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable) are considered will result in a 50% restocking fee to the item(s) when processed. An E-Gift Card for the remaining balance will be issued following our normal returns process. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:
